Recipe: Green hummus with pumpkin seed flour.
- 200 g of Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned, solids and liquids
- 50 g of Seeds, pumpkin and squash seed kernels, roasted, without salt
- 40 g of Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
Take chickpeas, grind them and mix with tahini (sesame paste), pumpkin seed flour and olive oil. Season with salt, garlic and pepper.
