Recipe: Quinoa and kale power salat.
- 100 g of Quinoa, uncooked
- 200 g of Kale, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
- 200 g of Oranges, raw, all commercial varieties
- 80 g of Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned, solids and liquids
- 40 g of Nuts, pistachio nuts, dry roasted, without salt added
Cook the quinoa of course.
